In partnership with Heritage Open Days, this special event celebrates the Friends of York Archaeological Trust by revealing how York Archaeology uncovers and brings to life the city's rich history - from the first dig to the final display case.

Due to the historic nature of the building, Barley Hall has raised thresholds throughout. A temporary ramp provides access to the Great Hall and the Steward’s Room. Public toilets are available; however, there are no accessible toilets on site
