On the 18th December we’ll be glued to Channel 4’s Matt Baker: Travels with Mum & Dad. And, why is that? Because our very own Barley Hall will feature in this episode.
The team at Barley Hall were thrilled to welcome Matt and his mum Janice for a morning of festive medieval crafts, including a fabulous kissing bough, which is hung in the Grand Hall. Anthony and Fiona from our team provided a guided tour and an instructional session on working with festive foliage!
If you’ve never watched the programme Matt Baker takes his parents on some memorable, easy-to-reach excursions around their beloved North East, as they relive old memories and make new ones.
